Here is my 2 cents added to the diy community.
Very clean mic pre that won't hurt your wallet too badly.
I plan on building a pro unit but for now the proto will have to do.
The transformers can be eliminated with caps and an additional i.c.
Still nice without xformers but I prefer the iron in the circuit.Don't you?
