Ohmite has discontinued 1000 MegOhm 1/4 watt resistors in the MOX series which Digi-Key used to (sporadically) carry. Gigohm resistors with higher power ratings are available, but they're bigger and more expensive.
Vishay/Techno has 1/4 watt gigohms in their TR series which look very suitable for mic applications, but I can't find anywhere to buy them.
Any ideas out there?
