Anyone able to troubleshoot an SSL E/G T/R computer?

TR will not load, I have it down to the processor sub card and the display sub card, but lack the time & skills to take it further... looking for someone to hire to get this working

Where are you located I used to work for SSL in NYC but am now in Texas but can go anywhere to work
