Tenma Part #: 72-1020

I have not used it but Tenma is a good make. I have two signal generators made by them.

I have a Tenma hot air station and it works well for my fledgeling SMD practicing so I have no other comparison.  I have used their scopes in a few studios and they were of good build quality.
That meter is only $189 with source code A207AD.
