Is there somewhere on the net a curve that shows the right de-emphasis compensation characteristic for a K67 capsule?
It would be easy to have a dB vs. frequency curve, especially if you have to check the performance of the electronics of a microphone.
But I don't know if something like that even exists!

This is the de-emphasis response of a U87-like circuit with various values of C6 roll-off capacitors (220pF is stock value):

You can see that these have -3dB points in the 5-7kHz range.

Err.rrh!  This shows boost rather than the cut which the K67 capsule needs.

I summarize the available info on this subject in MicBuilders http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/micbuilders/files/Ricardo/ChinaMod%2BU87hybrid/.  You have to join.

It's a boost below the response peak:  so when the two Bode plots get added together it looks more "normal".
I stand corrected.  :(

Can you post a link to the circuit you have simulated please.  This looks far too vicious for U87 or U67.

The MicBuilders document sits in a directory with a Steve Bores paper which explains some of it (for U67) but in a rather obfuscating manner.
