The cap reforming bit of information I am looking for is the temp to heat them to before the voltage forming part. I have read on the web and I think CJ posted some thing that the heat breaks down the crystals that can form with the electrolyte if the caps sits a long time.
I guess I could place old caps in a temp controlled oven set to 85C but I am wondering if the temp can be lower to break down the crystals.
