Did anyone who build G7 check phase in realtion with another mikes?
I check and with Sennheiser and AKG is out ot of phase.
It is not problem but where we made mistake.

Or you could usea DPDT switch at the power supply box wired as a phase invert.

Thanks Gus but I wanna know excatly transformer polarity on this
circuit and for cathode follower (I think vica verse).

Is this right transformer polarity?

It is right... for cathode follower design. With anode followers (i.e. G7) you have to invert polarity in the trafo. So + of trafo goes to pin2, and - to pin 1.

Now I am confused. This is for anode folower circuit. Watch marker (polarity) on transformer. On G7 (maybe I am wrong) we have invert polarity.
On 1538 input is pin 5 (6 and 8 are grounded) and 4 and 1 are plus and 3 and 2 are minus.
