You talking about the 5534's instead of the 5532's? 5534's positive pin is seven, not eight...
Thus the INPUT 5534's will have some random voltage on pin 8 (it's a compensation/offset trim pin, I think) whereas the output 5532s should indeed have the full +15V on pin 8.
Do you have a scope?
I'm beginning to think that it's something to do with the board...
SO if you reconnect EVERYTHING except pin 8, does the GR still peg?
I'm getting close to swapping you my turbo board... :?
