IIRC, those boards have one side of C2 going to the wrong place. It should be going to the -IN like in the schematic in syn's post above. The schemo attached here shows the correction that needs to be made. (I didn't draw this, found it somewhere here)

That's why you see a wire from C2 going to the IN- pin at Q2 instead of the original footprint.
