Just bought a pair of V87 Telefunken tape playback electronics.
1. Besides checking ESR of all electrolytic caps and using a variac to slowly recharge electrolytic caps, any other suggestion or precaution I should take before using the full power of the V87?
2. Any one try connecting the V87 (tube playback). to more a modern M20 Telefunken r2r?
Appreciate any advice.
