Small 4ch mixing console build

Sup GDIY,

after building DJ mixers I decided it's time for a small format live/studio mixing console.

Here's the build so far :

And the insides :

I couldn't get the preamps working so I made it passive. Also there's something wrong with the channel 4 pan (a bad pot?)

It's got 4 channels with pan control, tape in/out and HP out.

Any thoughts or improvement ideas?

My version may not be completely correct as your schematic image was rather very fuzzy and it was difficult for me to exactly make out what was what!!!

After some soldering work I managed to put together two nearly identical line preamplifiers :

Then I wired them into the build to beef up the summing bus (top right) :

They have trimmers for left/right volume control. Too bad the pan controls no longer work properly, I'll look into it.

It dropped the left channel for some reason during recording so it's right ch only.
