Do you have the txt file (lib) for the 4301?

Try this:

In ltspice, go to File/Open and open the text file with the 4301 data in it.

Scroll down to the section that talks about the 4301…

There should be a line of text that says "SUBCKT 4301_THAT"  or something like that.

Highlight the section name "4301_THAT", and then right click on it… now select "create symbol"… and then it will create a new symbol for the 4301_THAT based on the nodes described in the text after 4301_THAT.  Then save, and it should be available in the ltspice devices (mine appears at the top in a new device folder).

Hopefully that helps…

Edit:  You may also need to include a spice statement for locating the lib ---> not sure?  sorry…  I remember now where I learnt the above approach ---> check out this link:

Have nice day.

Cheers,
Pascal

No worries :) glad I could help...

Like jazbo said: you can use another symbol and edit it, OR draw your own using the "draw" menu at the top which is very easy to do :)
